While for a long time Wajane international Foundation concentrated on two groups, we are finally happy to announce the formation of a new group of widows in Vihiga county, Kenya, under the guidance of Pastor Lt. Simon Walucho. This is a group of 31 widows who are in the formative stages and are seeking to walk the journey of economic empowerment with our specialist on the ground.
On the first week of this month, the group has been able to finish the process of writing their constitution, election of office bearers and registration with the necessary government department in Kenya.
